as can be seen there is no fix to this. I have also tried the following.
Uninstalled and reinstalled
Reinstalled 10 times
Not updating program
Rebooting computer
Removing program file
Doing a deep scan on the computer with the built in malware scanner (which gives a clean report)
All to no avail.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I don't want to have to reinstall Windows 8.1.

the installation of malware is done remotely by a Trojan
the malware updates the Registry to prevent detection.
